Question 1: After the order is made, how can I proceed to the confirmation procedures?

Ans:

Our company will proceed to the following processes with the customer:

1) The customer provides all needed information in detail, such as logo design, color, size and quantity etc. Our staff will inform the customer what information is needed.

2) After all information is collected, our staff will produce a Proforma Invoice which contains all order information including order price and order quantity. This Proforma Invoice will be emailed to the customer for final confirmation.

3) The customer is then asked to pay the deposit (50% of the total order price) after confirmation of the order.

(If the customer has paid the deposit amount via ATM machines or banks and has emailed us the relevant payment proof (bank receipt), the customer can call our company and inform us that the production process can start. This is to ensure that no delays or problems occur during the email communications.)

4) During the production process, if the customer wishes to inquire the production status, he can provide the order ID to our staffs for inquiry of the order.


Question 2: I have already made the order, how come I still have not received the order confirmation notifications?

Ans:

In most cases, our staff will be in contact with the customer within 48 hours after the collection of order information. If the customer has not received an email, it is possibly due to the following reasons:

 - A) Some required information is not provided

 - B) An incorrect email address was given during the ordering procedure

 - C) Our email has been automatically placed into the junk mailbox

 - D) Technical problems with the email server


Question 3: After the order is confirmed and paid, can changes (e.g. size, color and logo…) be made?

Ans:

After the customer has confirmed the order and paid the deposit amount, we will contact the factory to begin the production. Usually within one or two days, the production procedures will start; therefore, changes cannot be made. For some urgent orders, we might contact the factory to begin production even before the deposit is paid, hence changes cannot be made once the invoice is provided.


*If the customer wishes to make changes, our staffs need to check the production status first and consider whether it is feasible. Due to the inconvenience caused to both parties, please ensure that all order details do not have mistakes during the confirmation so that your item can be produced efficiently.
