Instructions for Pants
While we offer a huge variety of high quality uniform wears, please follow the following care instructions to get the best from the attire:
1. Care for Pants
Different fabrics have different properties and care requirements. Please read the label attached to the clothing item carefully. The garment care recommendations for some common fabrics for trousers are listed below.
(a) Cotton Pants
1.1 Washing
Cotton trousers are relatively easier to care for and can be washed with cold water. White cotton trousers can be bleached, while dyed cotton trousers should be washed with milder detergents and color safe bleach. Garments should be removed immediately from the machine after the cycle has ended.
1.2 Drying
Tumble dry low is recommended for cotton trousers.
1.3 Ironing
It is recommended to iron using medium temperatures.
(b) Linen Pants
2.1 Washing
Linen Trousers are relatively easier to care for and can be washed with cold water. Garments should be removed immediately from the machine after the cycle has ended.
2.2 Drying
It is ideal to be hung after washing; however, they can be tumble dried on low heat.
2.3 Ironing
It is recommended to iron using high temperatures.
(C) Polyester Pants
3.1 Washing
It is recommended to add fabric softener (picture on the right) while using warm water for washing purposes. Garments should be removed immediately from the machine after the cycle has ended.
The polyester trousers can be tumble dried under low heat.
Medium heat is ideal for ironing polyester trousers.
4.1 Washing
Do not wash. Dry cleaning is required for most wool trousers.
4.2 Drying
Do not tumble dry.
4.3 Ironing
For ironing purposes, it is recommended to use a steam iron (picture on the right) and do not iron the trousers until dry.
4.4 General Care
For storage of the pants, a clamp style hanger is recommended.
